Hi, I am Stan and Photography is my second career since retiring from the US Military. Writing is also becoming quite exciting and I hope to combine my photography and writing first, here in my blog space. I am focusing on travel and photography, and I am “for hire” for sure! HIRE ME to capture those images and emotions of people, places and things! I will also be very happy to write about them as well. Feel free to write to me as I love meeting new friends, collaborate over amazing life experiences, ideas, and concepts. Don’t be a stranger! Please help me finance my travels (retirement only brings in so much ya know!) If my images are worthy for you, please assist and show support by purchasing prints for your walls (home or office), or merchandise such as aprons, cards, keepsake boxes, and most recently you can now purchase puzzles of your selected images as well! Each of my images on this blog are linked to my website to provide you both veiwing pleasure and a chance to show your support with a purchase. No purchasing is required though, sharing my passion is best fulfilled when you gain true pleasure in veiwing them!
EDITORS and Purchasing Agents: Most all of my images are available for licensing, and also downloadable (contact me for that), and commercial print sales as well. If you need any further information or would like to contact me directly there are two ways: 1. click on the the “contact this photographer” link on my webpage above or 2. you can email me directly at badmedezn@gmail .com ( I know…but sometimes everybody needs a lil..bad-medicine. 😉
I am getting several questions about how to purchase my images ; First, I use SMUGMUG for showing and selling my images so, to get your selection on the way to your home or office….
First: click on the image you would like to purchase. This will take you to my SMUGMUG site and bring your selected image up in full screen mode. Next, at the top right of the screen you will see a button to CLOSE the image. click that. You will now have that image selected in the gallery and you should see several of my other images as well. On the top right of your screen you will see a BUY button. click on that. a drop down menu will appear that will allow you to choose just your selected image, or other images in the gallery. Select one of those options and the total options for sizes and style will appear; lustre, glossy, or gliclee’ watercolor, or gallery wraps. All your choice. also on that page near the top you will see a tab for merchandise. By click this tab, you will see the list of other items you can purchase with your selected image(s) on them (cards, puzzles, mugs, keep sake boxes, etc..)
Once you ahve finished with your selection, near the bottom right of the screen you will see the “proceed to check out” tab. Click that and you are on your way to getting that print on IT’S way to you at your home or office nearly anywhere in the world. Thank you SO MUCH for your support! Stan, Thank you for your service. It’s great to see your second career after service in the military. It doensn’t seem like the people who protect us are taken care of once they return home. I wonder what happens to them after dealing with the things that most people never encounter. Seeing your site is a feel good story. I wish you lots of success. While I cannot speak for all of us veterans, I can say that for me at least, my way of dealing with it (and is a life altering experience), is my photography. I vowed that if I ever made it out of there that I would only photograph the most beautiful things in life….I was a combat medic, not a photographer then. thanks for stopping by! and to get to a like button from the main blog page, simply click on one of the tittle above an image (stills and digital artwork, landscapes and seascapes, etc..), each image is a seperate entry, the titles are he names of the gallery each image is in. the only acception in my article “i’m not pretty enough because…” that one article has several images in it. Like butons are greatly appreciated! If you have some time, come back and click away. Thank you so much for your visit! Oh, and so far, it’s 35 for the gitrls and 7 for not bringing them.

Great site! I love your photos. One suggestion – would you consider adding a “category cloud” to make it a little easier to look at photos from specific places. I have enjoyed looking at them, but it’s difficult to find the ones that I want to go back to. Really great photos!

Wish I could send you my tech. Smarty-pants, daughter#2. When I get an award, I call for her, sometimes she is a little annoyed that she is missing Sponge Bob or something. It’s something like this: dashboard- appearance-widget- find the one that says, show media-drag-&-drop anywhere you want on your right hand side of your blog-open rectangle that u – got & add URL address of pic. S. said she would put the like on after I thank who gave to me. I’m sure half is wrong. Love your blog!!!

I try to capture the emotions of the people, places, and things I photograph. And then provide these images for your viewing pleasure and make then available for purchase as Wall Art. I also blog about the photography aspects such as equipment a used, also I try to add travel tips and suggestions for those who visit the places I photograph.

I’m trying to keep the blog descriptions really short, like around 10 words or less. I know, that can be hard! But there’s just not enough space for much more!
