  4. I always think of the area as lushly green, but love how this pic isn’t. Somehow makes this view more quiet and calm feeling.

    • Thanks Jill! When I was looking over this series of images, I decided to try and bring out the texture and “presence” of the porch and rockers…attempting to reduce the emphasis on the lush greenery of the foliage while still retaining the structure and scale of the mountains. I am so glad that regardless of my “vision” for this image, the end appeal is exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you so much for your comments!
