  1. Wow! I’m just thinking how much taking photographs opens one’s eyes to the world.

    • And once again Resa you have given me an incredible compliment! All an artist wants it’s to make you stop, think, and appreciate becasue of or about the artist’s work. Also I believe it is a quest of vision for me…to have others see the world (or my photographic subjects) not just as it/ they appear, but as I see them…through my eyes. The camera provides an amazing medium for me to bring those visions here for everyone to enjoy.

    • Thank so much Jill! Truly delighted we have that in common, and I am really fascinated by your work. I plan to spend some time picking out a “first read” from you. More Charleston images coming next week.

    • Thanks so much Bernard! I have to admit, that as a virtual “newbie” to this style of imagery, I was pretty nervous about getting the exposure right while not using an HDR approach. So glad you like it and thanks so much for noticing that I had to wait for the right moment to get the shot I was after. Much appreciated!

I don’t know much about photography. I do know looking at your photo’s makes me want to visit SC. Maybe on one of my trips back to NC, I will make a little side trip. 🙂 And thanks for always stopping by my blog and liking what we post! It’s always encouraging.
